Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Initial penalty $150.00 non refundable deposit
Prior to departure initial penalty plus the following:
- May 26-June 14, 2006, the penalty is $500.00 per cancelled participant
From June 15-July10, 2006, the penalty is 50% of the total price
- From July 11-July 24, 2006, the penalty is 75% of the total price for each cancelled participant
- From July 25-August 13, 2006, the penalty is 100% of the total price for each cancelled participant
Late payments may be assessed additional fees. + Name changes may be assessed additional fees.
