Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Initial penalty $150.00 non refundable deposit

Prior to departure initial penalty plus the following:

December 15, 2005-January 12, 2006, the penalty is $500.00 per cancelled participant

From January 13-February 13, 2006, the penalty is 50% of the total price
From February 14-March 4, 2006, the penalty is 100% of the total price for each cancelled participant

Late payments may be assessed additional fees. + Name changes may be assessed additional fees.
